Information on the abbreviations and specifications applicable to the categories of animals and goods in fields 6 and 7 of the BCP list can be found in Annex II of Commission Implementing Reglulation (EU) No. 2019/1014.
Control Posts (CP) other than Border control posts
As offered by Article 53(1)(a) of the Official Controls Regulation (EU) 2017/625, identity and physichal checks of animals and goods may be performed at control points other than border control posts, provided that they comply with the requirements laid down in Art. 64(3) of that Regulation and by Commission Implementing Regulation thereof No. (EU) 2019/1014, which lays down the format, categories and abbreviations to use for listing border control posts and control points. Accordingly, the list of Icelandic Control Points should read as follows:
