Nordic symposium on energy drinks and young people 22 October 2019 at Grand Hotel Reykjavík
Consumption of caffeine has increased in the Nordic countries, especially in young people, with increased marketing and popularity of caffeine-rich “energy drinks”. Is this a cause for concern? What are the effects of energy drinks on young people and how are they regulated in the Nordic countries?
The symposium was organized by MAST and sponsored by the Nordic Council of Ministers as a part of Iceland’s presidency in 2019.
